The winners of the Trondheim International Chamber music festival return to Trondheim.
The three young musicians from Paris, Jae-Won Lee, violin, Tristan Cornut, cello and François Lambret, piano, took their name from the German/Swiss painter and violinist, Paul Klee – and show pictures of him during their concerts. They are all graduates of the Paris music conservatory, and winners of several international competitions. In 2011, they won first prize in the Trondheim Chamber Music Festival, part of which was playing during the festival. Despite their relative youth, the trio have an extensive repertoire, and maintain an impressively high level of quality. They also have the gift of being able to communicate between themselves and with the audience. Even though they are only at the start of their careers, they are regarded as experienced musicians.
